Requests for refund must be made within 7 days of the date of purchase. In order to be eligible for a refund, customers must make the request within 7 days AND have less than 3 logins or have accessed less than 10% of the available material for the course they have enrolled in. If any of these criteria are not met, then we sadly can’t offer you a refund or exchange, but we will do all we can to amicably resolve the situation to the mutual benefit of the customer and the Energetic Health Institute.
